You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.
2. Information We Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you and your records from the information you provide and how you use the platform, such as document categories, readiness scores, and extracted details. These inferences are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the platform

4. AI Processing and Model Training
To provide document extraction, categorization, plans, and the AI assistant, your documents and content are processed by automated systems and by a third-party AI service provider acting on our behalf as a processor under its API terms.
We do not use your documents or personal content to train our own or any third party's general-purpose or foundation AI models. Our AI service provider does not train its models on content submitted through its API, and processes your content only to provide the service to you, with limited short-term retention for security and abuse prevention as required by that provider.
AI processing is automated and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any extracted field or AI answer. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer regarding AI outputs.

The platform may store sensitive personal, financial, or health-related information.
- We do not require passwords for external accounts
- Sensitive fields may be encrypted
- You should avoid storing highly sensitive credentials directly in the platform
- We are not a HIPAA-covered entity, and the platform is not intended to store protected health information in compliance with HIPAA
- You are responsible for the information you upload about other individuals, including family members, and you represent that you have the authority or consent to provide it. Avoid uploading information you are not authorized to store.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents may exercise the rights above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect (identifiers, contact details, financial and asset information, documents you upload, and usage data), the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any sale or share, which we do not do. You may submit a request, including through an authorized agent, by contacting support@lurra.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 11. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
When you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your data is retained for 14 days and then permanently deleted from our systems. Payment failures alone do not trigger the deletion timer. The 14-day period begins only when a subscription is cancelled or an account deletion is confirmed.
